localrepo: remove opener as an alias for localrepo.vfs

This change touches every module in which repository.opener was being used
instead of repository.vfs. This is meant to make it easier to split the
repository.vfs into several separate vfs.

I ran the test suite on OSX and there are no failures related to this patch, but
there are a few skipped tests that I could not test:

Given the number of changes in this patch (even though they are trivial), the
whole test suite should be run before accepting this patch.

Confused. Seems like this patch should contain only this line:

> -        self.opener = self.vfs

..and everything else would be in the previous patch.

I'm totally fine with dropping all the users, but I'm on the fence about
dropping the definitions. The way this is split makes it hard for me to
just take the part I'm sure about.
